Background & Funding
This project will begin a first phase of implementation of priority projects identified during the North Service Area Master Planning Process (NSAMP). This first phase of park improvements will be implemented in 2022. Engagement and design with the community for improvements will occur in 2021. Construction to occur in 2023

The total budget for Hall Park Improvements is $917,038.00. This funding will go towards staff and consultant time, design and construction. Funding is allocated from the following sources:
NPP20: $750,000.00
Park Dedication: $130,038.00
Linden Hills Donation: $37,000.00
