2023-2026 Strategic Direction

 

At the beginning of each term, the Board of Commissioners set four-year Strategic Directions, Performance Goals and Priority Comprehensive Plan Strategies to direct work across the organization. The Strategic Directions were used to prioritize the strategies – Priority Comprehensive Plan Strategies – of Parks for All, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Comprehensive Plan 2021-2036. Performance Goals reflect specific areas of performance for the organization within each Strategic Direction. These goals are incorporated into the Superintendent’s Annual performance review and are intended to be accomplishable in four years.
