A new Bicycle Skills Course coming to Hall Park this summer!

A new Bicycle Skills Course coming to Hall Park this summer! Construction is starting this week (Week of May 15 2023) on the new playground (West side) and the bicycle skills course (East side) of Hall Park. The bicycle skills course will consist of looping trails, steep and gradual loops with a variety of ramps, rollers, plank and ladders and natural rock features that range in skill level for beginner to intermediate riders. The surface of the trail will be natural surface aggregate to help new riders get used to typical mountain biking trails. The surrounding landscape will be planted with pollinator species with planted stormwater infiltration areas to manage runoff. The site will also feature a bike-able sculpture designed and built by Juxtaposition Arts Environmental Design lab youth. The project is expected to wrap up this fall.
