Encroachment Permit Applications

MPRB Encroachment Permit Applications are required for requests to encroach on parkland.  MPRB Encroachment Permit Applications are administered by the MPRB Planning Services Division.  Encroachments Permit Agreements may take several months to be obtained as they must be approved and adopted by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board.
