Background & Funding
Background
This project will begin a first phase of implementation of priority projects identified during the North Service Area Master Planning Process (NSAMP). This first phase of park improvements will consist of replacing the existing pool, pool mechanical building, pool site amenities and adding restrooms at Jordan Park. Design and engagement will occur throughout 2021 with construction to occur in 2023 & 2024. The total budget for Jordan Park Improvements is $1,695,434.00. This funding will go towards staff and consultant time, design, and construction. Funding is allocated from the following sources:
