The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) seeks a consultant or consultant team for:
- Design and engineering work and preparation of construction documents, including cost estimates, for park improvements at Bryn Mawr Meadows Park;
- Assisting MPRB staff in reviews and submittals to permitting authorities and other agencies with jurisdiction; and
- Performing construction contract administration services oriented to compliance with documents and implementation schedules.
