We annually issue permits for 380 sailboat buoys on lakes Bde Maka Ska, Harriet and Nokomis. Sailboat Length Recommendation: Based on the layout of the buoy grid, the MPRB recommends that sailboats stored on Minneapolis lakes be 22 feet or less.
