Thanks to everyone in the East Phillips neighborhood who has weighed in on the Open Spaces Park Plan this year.
After months of engagement with East Phillips and Little Earth residents to learn what people would like to see in Cedar Field Avenue Park, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) is sharing three design options for the park for the public to review and comment on.
By reviewing multiple designs for the park, residents can share what they like and don’t like about each one, rather than “choose” one option over the others.
In addition to reviewing the design options online – see the links below – staff will be at parks and community centers to engage through early December.
Following the review, the project team will develop a final concept for Cedar Avenue Field Park based on that feedback. We anticipate sharing the final design in early 2025.
