Review and comment on the new concept plan for a pump track at Perkins Hill Park

The concept plan for improvements at Perkins Hill Park is now available for comment! The plan includes a pump track, natural-surface trail-skills track for bicycles and other site improvements and furnishings.

Perkins Hill Bike Park Design Workshop

Please join us for a one-day (9am to noon) workshop to develop the conceptual design for the future all-wheel pump track and skills trail at Perkins Hill Park. The workshop will provide info about pump tracks and skills trails, seek support for this project and gain direction for the design. All welcome. Food and beverages will be provided.

Perkins Hill Park History

This project will begin a first phase of implementation of priority projects identified during the North Service Area Master Planning Process (NSAMP). This first phase of park improvements will be implemented in 2019. Visit the North Service Area Master Plan project page for more information about the planning for Perkins Hill Park.

The total budget for Perkins Hill Park Improvements is $356,042. This funding will go towards staff and consultant time, design and construction.  Funding is allocated from the following sources:
