Grand Opening of Armatage Playground

History

The MPRB is beginning engagement for Armatage Park Phase 1 Site Improvements which will either be a rehabilitation project (play area and other replacement work) or be based on the Southwest Service Area Master Plan, once it is approved.  The Master Plan document, once approved, will guide future development of Armatage Park.

Funding

$302,529 is available for Armatage Park Play Area and Site Improvements (Phase 1) from the 2019/2020 Capital Improvement Program.  Also, an allocation of $3066.30 in Park Dedication fees is available for new improvements.  Park Dedication funds may only be used for new amenities in the park and may not be used to maintain or replace existing equipment or amenities.
