Powderhorn Park Wading Pool and Playground Grand Opening

Please join Commissioner Scott Vreeland and your Powderhorn community as we celebrate the completed playground and pool improvements at Powderhorn Park. Playground highlights include new playground equipment for three existing areas, new playground surfacing and new accessible pathways. The new wading pool features bubblers, a water play feature, new fencing and pool deck, shade structure and benches.

A perfect destination for families who like to play and make a splash!
Grand opening festivities will include:

• Ribbon cutting ceremony featuring local officials and neighborhood leaders
• Cool refreshments
• Tattoo artist for the kids

As a bonus event, stay for a special screening of Hidden Figures (with
Spanish subtitles) at 9 pm. Make it a family date night in the park!
