A public hearing on the updated Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Land Policy is scheduled Wednesday, April 26th at 6:30 pm. It will take place in the second-floor Board Room at Mary Merrill Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) Headquarters, 2117 West River Road.

A study on diamond sports facilities, such as baseball and softball fields, is being conducted by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) with the goal of developing recommendations for their improvement.

Meet with project staff and consultants to learn about the project, provide feedback, and have fun! Interactive art activities along with project plans & drawings will help people learn about the project and impact the final design.

Park staff will be onsite to provide information and take feedback on a project that will restore the southeast shoreline of Twin Lake in Theodore Wirth Regional Park. Meeting will take place at Luce Line Trail east of Ottawa Avenue N (near trail down to the lake).

Public hearing on long-term plan to maintain and improve Cedar Lake, Lake of the Isles, Dean Parkway and a portion of Cedar Lake Regional Trail.

A final public meeting will be held to garner input from the community around the next round of proposed trail improvements within Nokomis Hiawatha Regional Park. A brief presentation will be given at 6:45pm to highlight feedback we have received and share concept designs.
