Trick or Treat event at Harrison Recreation Center. There will be fun activities, games, giveaways, inflatables, face painting and tons of fun costumes to see. This event is for all ages but activities are designed for ages 5 - 14. All families are welcome and pre-registration is encouraged but not required See you there!

Ghouls, goblins, super heroes and other costumed characters are invited to join in the spooktacular tricks and treats, games and goodies at Matthews Park. Seward neighborhood parade starts outside at Matthews Park at 5pm sharp. Party to follow in the gym.

Happy Halloween! Bring your little ghosts and goblins to the Windom South Monster Mash. The party includes moonwalks, decorating cookies, music with Kids Dance, and treats. Give your costume a test run for Halloween night! It will be low scare but high fun for all kids and families.
