Keewaydin Park improvements project kicks off with community engagement

Join us at one of several events to give your input – or take an online survey

The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) is pleased to announce an improvements project at Keewaydin Park, based on the park’s master plan that was adopted in 2016, as well as available funds (see below).

Improvements will focus on construction of nature play, an adventure playground with a climbing/bouldering element – the first of its kind in the Minneapolis park system – and decommissioning the existing wading pool. Construction is planned for 2022.

Everyone is invited to find out more about the project and give input at one of the community engagement events listed below, or by taking the online community survey.
