Work Group meetings scheduled throughout August and September!Posted on 10 August, 2018
Any interested Southwest Minneapolis parks user is invited to attend discussions hosted by work groups dedicated to topics related to SW neighborhood parks. The groups were created as part of the planning process for the Southwest Service Area Master Plan (SW Parks Plan), which kicked off in May and will create a cohesive set of long-term plans for all neighborhood parks in Minneapolis south of I-394 and west of I-35W.
Work groups are facilitated by members of the SW Parks Plan Community Advisory Committee (CAC). They encourage focused conversations resulting in project suggestions brought to the full CAC. Anyone with an interest in these topics is welcome to attend or get involved in a work group. It’s a great way to have your voice heard.
