Weigh in on upcoming Painter Park improvements: Online survey available, more in-person events scheduled

The following improvements are scheduled to be constructed at Painter Park in 2022:
- New skate park
- Gathering spaces, pathways and landscaping
- Reconstruction of tennis and basketball courts
These improvements are based on the master plan for Painter Park approved last year (pictured above), as well as initial input from the community and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) staff, and taking account of available funds.

In-Person Events
If you missed the July 26 project kickoff event, there are a few more in-person opportunities. Anyone interested can drop by these events at the park to speak with MPRB staff about the project.
