For the North Commons Park improvements project, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MRPB) and the Minneapolis Parks Foundation (MPF) are engaging with a host of community partners and other Northsiders to bring a next-generation community center, water park and playground to North Commons Park.
To help ensure that park improvements meet the current and future needs of Northside communities, individuals and groups in the area are helping to expand engagement efforts through paid work as Community Collaborators. Feedback from their engagement will directly impact the design and programming of North Commons’ planned improvements.
