Though the play equipment is installed, we’ve been waiting for sustained warmer weather to place the resilient rubber safety surfacing. This surfacing is poured in place like concrete (but nice and soft!) and requires time and warmer temperatures to cure properly. The contractor is scheduled to be on site to pour the surfacing on May 10. It will take a few days to cure completely. The play area should be open by May 15 if the weather cooperates. Please stay off the equipment until we’ve removed the orange fencing and the signs. Thank you for your patience!
