Repair work at the John H. Stevens House is scheduled to begin in mid-June and continue throughout 2024. This includes:
- New roof
- New framing and siding
- Window repairs and replacement
- Door repairs and replacement
- HVAC unit replacements
- Exterior painting
- Interior painting
- Security upgrades
