Public hearing on August 18 for playground improvements at Northeast Athletic Field Park

The hearing is scheduled for 6:30pm, during MPRB’s regular Board meeting.

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 6:30pm in the Board Room of the Mary Merrill Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Headquarters, 2117 West River Road North, to consider approval of the concept plan for playground improvements at Northeast Athletic Field Park, near the Northeast Recreation Center.  

 

Individuals who would like to speak to the Board of Commissioners about the topic may sign up before 6:30 pm on the day of the public hearing. See details below.

Note: As of August 4, face coverings are required indoors at all Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) buildings.

  • Call 612-230-6400 before 3 pm on the day of the hearing (August 18)OR
  • Arrive before the hearing begins at 6:15pm and add your name to the sign-up sheet at the front of the Board Room
