The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) is pleased to announce that Cottage Park’s improved playground and a new nature play area are open!
The main play area was updated with new equipment and poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, while a nature play area on the opposite side of the park features a cottage for imaginative play.
Additional improvements will be completed this spring and into early summer, including new fencing, a pavilion, upgraded picnic areas, and landscaping that features native plants.
