As part of the project to develop an East Phillips Open Spaces Park Plan, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and community partners are throwing a kick-off party on Tuesday, July 16*!
Join your East Phillips friends and neighbors at Cedar Avenue Field Park and East Phillips Park to celebrate this community effort to plan short- and long-term improvements for both neighborhood parks.
