June 11, 2019 CAC meeting paused, workshop conversation to be continued at a date to be determined

The goal of the June 11 CAC meeting was to create an outline for a singular preferred design alternative. The meeting consisted of a brief project update and then a workshop for the CAC.  During the workshop members of the CAC discussed what a preferred design alternative might look like, then members of the public spoke to the CAC and provided their own ideas for a preferred design alternative, and continued with a conversation amongst the CAC.  The meeting went longer than expected without consensus on a preferred design alternative outline.  The meeting’s workshop discussion will continue at a date and time to be determined.
