We’re excited to re-open Painter Recreation Center following a range of repairs, rehabilitation work and improvements that began last fall.
On Monday April 29 at 5:30 pm, join Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) Superintendent Al Bangoura, Commissioner Londel French, MPRB project staff and your Lyndale Neighborhood community as we celebrate updates to the recreation center, including:
- Meeting room, lobby and reception desk changes
- New LED lighting, ceilings, floors and paint
- Added air conditioning, new furnaces
- Remodeled restrooms
- Other accessibility improvements
