The project team for the newest round of Folwell Park improvements has been busy reviewing community input from more than 300 people last spring and summer. Now the team is ready to share a preferred concept plan for improvements based on that feedback. Please join us next Tuesday to review the concept plan and share your feedback. The concept plan will also be available online with opportunities to share feedback.

Recent improvements at Folwell Park and Recreation Center
Thanks to funding from the 20-Year Neighborhood Park Plan (see below), MPRB has made a number of other improvements at Folwell in the past several years, including:
- New playground
- Renovated tennis courts
- New lighting for the west athletic field
- Updates and replacements to the recreation center kitchens, craft rooms, restrooms, roof
- Accessibility improvements for the parking lot, sidewalk leading to the recreation center, and center entry
- New path connecting the courts and playground
