The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, in partnership with the City of Minneapolis, is soliciting proposals for engineering and design consulting services for alternatives analysis and conceptual design services for the Hiawatha Golf Course Assessment Area of Pumping of Groundwater and Stormwater Project. The Consultant will frame a range of pumping alternatives for the Hiawatha Golf Course area with the intent of defining and providing conceptual design, cost estimate, and proposed final design schedule for implementation of a preferred direction in July 2017.
