The work will take approximately three weeks to complete. During the work, the parkway will be closed to motor vehicles. The motor vehicle traffic will be routed around the project and the bicycle and pedestrian traffic will be routed to the west side of the parkway. Asphalt pavement can’t be placed in cold temperatures, so a temporary gravel path will be in place from now until early spring when the asphalt plants open again. paving and turf grass restoration will be completed in the spring of 2021.
