Hennepin County is currently working to incorporate final review comments from their most recent set of construction plans. The development of the construction plans are at 95% completion. Hennepin County anticipates the construction plans will be complete late Spring 2020 and ready to publicly bid in early Summer 2020.
The construction duration will last approximately 2 years so Hennepin County is currently developing construction phasing and detour plans for the different phases of the project.
