New playground scheduled to open in September
Construction begins next week (week of July 27) on a new playground at Holmes Park! The playground will be closed during construction, which is expected to last about a month.
The new playground includes:
- A play area for kids ages 2-5
- Play Fort
- Swings
- Play Mound with Slide
- A play area for kids ages 5-12
- Swings
- Double Arch Swings
- Spinner
- Play Mounds
- See-Saw for up to five kids
- Large Structure with slides, overhead ladders, climbers, accessible ramp access and more!
- Free Standing Climber
- Music Play
- A shade structure with seating
