Comment Summary for Second Series of Focus Sessions
Posted on 3 April, 2019Thank you to everyone who attended the Hiawatha Golf Course Property Master Plan Focus Sessions on March 18 and 19. More than 400 written comments were submitted about the three initial concepts displayed at those events!
A lot of ideas were inserted into the three draft concepts to gauge public and stakeholder opinions. Garnering lots of feedback on these ideas is a part of the design process to ensure the design team is in tune with the current needs of the communities the property serves.
Feedback from the Focus Sessions will help the design team shape the upcoming preferred concept alternative, a single concept that will debut later this year. That concept will also be published for public review, feedback and potential modification.
