The in-person Open House on a new temporary “pop-up” skate park coming to Bde Maka Ska this summer originally scheduled tomorrow, April 12, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 26, 5:30-7 pm due to poor forecasted weather.
The Open House will be at the site of the future pop-up skate park near the east end of the North Bde Maka Ska parking lot.

At the Open House, anyone interested in the project can speak with staff. Several design stations will be set up for skaters to explore layout options for potential skate features to inform the final skate park design.
The online survey on the upcoming skate park closed today with more than 230 responses received. Thank you to everyone who took the time to send feedback. The original project announcement below has more details.
