Camden Boat Launch in North Mississippi Regional Park closes September 3
Closure necessary to stage materials for project to stabilize Olson Island in the Mississippi River north of the boat launch
Timeline
Milestones
Material delivery will commence the week of September 1st till around early October. In early October barges and construction equipment will be brought to the site to begin the process of hauling the tree logs to the island and placing them along the northern tip for armoring and habitat creation.
