The Minneapolis Charter Commission approved new Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) Commissioner District boundaries in 2022.
These changes take effect Jan. 1, 2026. Park Board Commissioners will be elected via the new boundaries in the upcoming 2025 election, in which all Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) Commissioner seats are on the ballot.
These revised park districts are based off the 2020 census and every district is affected by the changes. New maps are available on the MPRB website.
