Temporary numbers are in response to the 11/20/24 technology system attack and phones down throughout the park system
The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) shared three temporary telephone numbers to help the public contact key MPRB departments.
- Customer Service: 612-491-9099 (answered Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm)
- Park Police: 612-499-9323 (answered Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm).
- Forestry: 612-491-9089 (answered Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm)
For any calls that require a Park Police or Minneapolis Police response, the public should call 911.
Members of the public can visit www.minneapolisparks.org for information about parks, services, and programs. They can also email info@minneapolisparks.org and the message will be routed to the appropriate department staff.
