Posted on 14 April, 2023The Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary opens for its 116th season on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 7:30 am. Join staff in welcoming spring as the season unfolds in this special, historic native plant botanic garden.

Weekends Only: October 21-22, 28-29
Tuesday-Sunday: 7:30 am-6 pm
Thursdays open until 8 pm

2023 Programs
Join Garden staff for Early Birders, “What’s in Bloom” Garden Tours and much more for all ages! These programs are free, no registration necessary.
Garden Walks
Tuesday-Sunday, 11-11:45 am
Join a Garden Naturalist any day the Garden is open for a tour to learn about seasonal plants in bloom.
Early Birders (April)
Saturdays, April 22 and 29, 9-10:30 am
Meet at the EBWG Parking Lot ($1.50/hour fee to park)
Learn to identify birds by sound and sight as you walk through Theodore Wirth Regional Park with a Garden Naturalist. Limited binoculars, walking poles and boot grips available
Early Birders (May-August)
Saturdays, 7:30-9 am
