Project scheduled to begin April 11 and end May 3, subject to weather delays, unforeseen circumstances
Posted on 3 April, 2019East Calhoun Parkway will close in its entirety (between Lake Street and West 36th Street) for three weeks beginning Thursday, April 11, 2019. The closure is necessary for a roadway resurfacing project.
The project is scheduled to begin April 11 and end May 3, however, that may change if there are weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances arise. Scheduled work includes selective curb removal/replacement, pavement removal and roadway resurfacing.
Please follow the posted detours and stay away from areas where work is being performed. The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board appreciates the public’s patience during this project.
