Dozens of wading pools open this Saturday, May 26

For a fun – and convenient – way to beat this weekend’s heat, visit one of the dozens of neighborhood wading pools, opening at 10:00 am this Saturday.

A popular feature in many parks, Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) wading pools traditionally open for the long Memorial Day holiday weekend.

  • Hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, May 26 through September 3
  • Free to use
  • Lifeguards are not on duty: please keep safety in mind while enjoying the pools
