The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) operates beaches, water parks, pools, and sailing programs across Minneapolis. We have employment opportunities near every section of the city.
Simply take and pass the American Red Cross lifeguard certification program, work as an MPRB lifeguard for the whole summer aquatic season, and the $200 class fee will be reimbursed to you. (Note: Failure to fulfill the minimum hour requirements will result in the class fee not being reimbursed.)
