Upper Harbor Terminal – Housing Meeting

Learn about the complexities of housing and provide input on potential housing and small business components at the Upper Harbor Terminal. From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., a panel will discuss challenges, issues and successes in affordable and market-rate housing and small business in North Minneapolis, followed by a presentation by THOR Development and an opportunity for Q & A and input. All is open to the public and refreshments will be provided.
