Tots Rock! is a dance party for children ages 6 months to 7 years. Tots Rock! provides Windom Neighborhood families with a safe, all-inclusive opportunity to socialize with neighbors while spending time together. A good variety of activities is intended to keep children engaged and entertained. There will be a live DJ, temporary tattoos, blow-up guitars and chill room with books and crafts. This is a collaborative program with the Windom Community Council. No preregistrations. $15 per family payable at the door.
