Special Board Meeting

The topic of the meeting will be amendments between the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and the Loppet Foundation that would extend the indemnification clauses in the donation agreement and the transitional operating agreement, and a provision to the default section of the lease agreement for the Adventure and Welcome Center (Trailhead Building) at Theodore Wirth Regional Park.
