Phillips Aquatics Center Grand Opening Celebration
Please join Superintendent Mary Merrill, Commissioner AK Hassan and your Phillips Community as we celebrate the opening of the highly anticipated Phillips Aquatics Center.
This facility features a renovated six-lane pool with spectator area and a new four-lane pool, plus new and updated locker rooms and a community meeting room.
The grand opening program includes remarks from local dignitaries and project supporters and light refreshments. A ceremonial community splash officially opens the pool–children are encouraged to participate!
11 am: Building Opens
11:30 am–12:30 pm: Program with Speakers
1 pm: Ceremonial Community Splash!*
1–4 pm: Free Family Swim
*An adult must accompany children age 12 & under and must be in the water with children 8 & under.
*Swim suit required to be in the pool area.
