Ghouls, goblins, super heroes and other costumed characters are invited to join in the spooktacular tricks and treats, games and goodies at Matthews Park. Seward neighborhood parade starts outside at Matthews Park at 4pm sharp. A party with games and treats will directly follow the parade in the park building.Get Directions
