Join us for East Phillips Costume Party where there will be mini games, treats, and a costume contest!

Join us for the Halloween Party and Parade! Ghouls, goblins, superheroes and other costumed characters are invited to join in the spooktacular tricks and treats, games and goodies at Matthews Park. Seward neighborhood parade starts outside at Matthews Park at 5pm sharp. Party to follow in the gym.

Join us for some pre-Halloween fun! Activities will include pumpkin dodgeball, escape room, carnival games, cookie decoration and more! The Minnesota Panthers will also organize a trunk-or-treat in the parking lot starting at 6pm. You won't want to miss out on this fun, family-friendly event!

In collaboration with the MPRB, the Lower Northeast Neighborhoods Association is hosting the 11th annual BeltramiSCARE: Bone-Trami! On November 1st from 5:30 PM-8 PM, there will be haunted tours every 15 minutes in Beltrami Park, which is located on the site of the city's first cemetery.
