Halloween Party

Halloween Party!! Come join Upper Northeast Parks, your neighbors and friends as we celebrate the scariest night of the year. Ghouls, goblins, or whatever your costume may be, all are welcome. Enjoy some food, games, and entertainment. Treats will be handed out to the first 350 children. Additional treats will be given out at the various game stations. Registration is not required.
