1. Event is first come first served; no pre-registration is required. We are expecting to reach capacity, so arrive early!
2. Re-entry will not be permitted at this event.
3. You must wear appropriate swim attire in the water; see dress code information on Jim Lupient Water Park website.
4. United States Coast Guard approved life jackets are the only flotation devices allowed in the water park. The water park does provide life jackets.
5. Guests who are not toilet trained must wear an appropriate swim diaper or plastic pants (with no disposable/cloth diapers underneath).
6. Food and drinks are allowed (no glass or alcohol) at designated picnic areas within the waterpark
7. Youth ages 9-12 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older in the facility.
8. Youth 8 years and younger are required to have an adult with them in the water at all times at arm’s length.
9. We require a 1 adult to 4 children ratio for groups with children ages 12 and younger
10. No tobacco allowed in Jim Lupient Water Park.
