Come and meet your neighbors and neighborhood youth. Tour Pershing Recreation Center and get to know the staff and new Director. Each month will feature a theme and have events and crafts that coordinate to the theme.

School is almost back in session! Come on by Painter Park to get in on the back to school fun! . We will have: a bouncy house, face painting, naturalist, a caricaturist, Food Truck, Ice Cream Cones!

The annual Monarch Festival – Festival de la Monarca celebrates the monarch butterfly’s amazing 2,300 mile migration from Minnesota to Mexico. Come and enjoy art, music, dance, games, buying native plants, prairie tours and food. The festival raises awareness of the need to provide and protect monarch habitat.
