Above the Falls Public Hearing

The public hearing offers a chance for the general public to comment on the Above the Falls Master Plan, an update to the Master Plan first adopted in 2000, and again in 2013, before the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Commissioners consider this plan approval.  The Above the Falls Regional Park surrounds and includes 2.8 miles of the Mississippi River in north and northeast Minneapolis. The Above the Falls Regional Park Master Plan can be considered a twenty-year investment framework to guide parkland assembly, recreational programs, design & development and operations and maintenance.
