Dancing in the Pavilion: Bachata with Erika Cianciaruso

Join us for an afternoon of bachata dancing in the Nicollet Island Pavilion with instructor Erika Cianciaruso. This beginner-friendly class will cover fundamentals and a short choreographed routine, followed by open dance time.

No experience necessary and no partner required—we’ll be partnering up throughout the class, and there will be plenty of participants on site. Dress up or dress down—wear whatever makes you comfortable and ready to dance.

Mintahoe will have the bar open with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Schedule:
• 3–5 pm: Bachata instruction & choreography
• 5–6 pm: Open dance

About the Instructor: Erika Cianciaruso began dancing at age 3 and is a former ballroom dance competitor and international instructor. She has performed around the world and choreographed for large groups and wedding couples alike. She is also active in the local social dance scene.

Registration is preferred to help anticipate class size; walk-ins welcome.
