Contractors for the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) have begun the construction phase for the improvements project at Murphy Square Park.
The project improves access to and circulation within the park through changes to paths and lighting as well as relocating some site furnishings.
Work will continue through the summer and, barring delays due to construction or weather, will be complete before September.
During that time, MPRB asks everyone to keep out of construction areas.
